Manager - Finance Planning & Analytics - BFSI (6-8 yrs)
We have Job Opening for Finance Planning & Analytics Manager in One of the Leading MNC Company in Bangalore
Total Experience : 6 to 8 Years
Relevant Experience : 3+
Job Location : Gurgaon

Mandatory Skills :
- Exposure to FP&A analytics in domains such as:
- Revenue Reporting, Cost Reporting, Headcount Reporting, Balance Sheet Reporting, Strategic Reporting, Forecasting, Financial Planning and Strategy, Credit risk analytics, Operational risk analytics, Capital planning and forecasting
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Exposure to Financial audits and control
- Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior management on critical decisions
- Working knowledge across P2P, O2C and RTR domain to appreciate inter-linkages with FP&A domain
- Strong MS Excel and MS Power Point experience. Knowledge of ERP systems, analytics technologies landscape and SAS/SPSS/R is preferable but not mandatory
Educational Background :
- MBA/Masters with Finance & Accounting as specialization
- Professional certification in Finance & Accounting e.g., CA/ CMA is preferred
