Preparation Of Management Accounts By Accomplishing The Following Tasks :

- Prepare monthly and annual closing and reporting, prepare financial statements according to IFRS/ local GAAP and statutory tax regulations,

- Prepare and compile balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow,

- Manage and control the local general ledger and the local accounting records,

- Manage cash and treasury control, maintain banking relationships,

- Manage credit control and accounts receivables,

- Manage and control necessary commercial invoices for billing.

- Familiar with Import/export, Inter- state transactions, transactions to SEZ and 100% EOU,

- Liaise with local tax authorities, internal/external auditors, and other regulatory authorities,

- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, ensure compliance with all local regulations, e.g. tax and others

- Prepare management information, monitor the performance of the company and interpret impact and relevance of financial information, prepare ad hoc analysis;

- Undertake financial planning, budgeting and forecasting,

- Instill strong financial discipline throughout the entire business,

- Capable to support the Managing Director,

- Carry out continuous process reviews: assess and upgrade processes in line with company standards.

Profile :

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration, M.COM.,CA/ ICWA (Qualified)

- Excellent hands-on approach in Finance & Accountancy incl. management reporting/general ledger, preferably in a sales- and service company within an international setting of an engineering industry,

- Knowledge of IFRS accounting, local GAAP and taxes,

- Monthly and year-end closing experience, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting, Excellent English skills,

- Solid computer skills including ERP-and accounting systems, Microsoft Office (esp. Excel).

- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with sustained accuracy and attention to detail

- Hands-on approach,

- Proven management experience in a finance role (including direct staff management),

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization,

- Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues,

- Positive, inspiring and motivating personality.
