We are currently hiring for Manager Finance - IT Business support profile an international Broadcast media firm located in Gurgaon (Dundahera).   PFB the complete JD.  Job Title: Manager Finance - IT Business support  Job Summary:   This role is expected to perform in the area of General Ledger closely associated with IT Department. It is predominantly an analytical and reporting role concerned with the total IT spend of the global organisation. Selected candidate has to work closely with senior Finance & IT leadership teams and have to liaise with them to prepare & extract relevant financial & technical data globally.   The role is newly created and so, initially will require work to set up and build reporting systems where they do not exist today.  The ideal candidate should be a go getter, highly analytical, technically competent with Accounting Concepts & Principles, should be a good team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills (the candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with different areas of the business, namely Finance, IT, Procurement & Software Development) with an ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment. S/he need to work on global numbers & may need to work in different time zone & to strict time lines.  Responsibilities:   - To collate/analyse IT financials & Technical contracts from countries worldwide  - To help build a global data-warehouse to track costs. This data warehouse will take data from multiple systems in many countries.  - Design reporting dashboards from the data-warehouse to be able to present key financial data to Senior Leadership  - Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested. Reporting will be both regular and ad hoc.  - Build analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data.   - Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations  - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Management.  Abilities:  - Strong eye on numbers, meticulous analysis of periodical IT related financials (opex/capex) on regular basis and ability to drill down into numbers for possible reasons for variation.  - Candidate must have the ability to manage large data base across geographies, analyze them and report numbers in desirable formats within timelines.  - Candidate must be an independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems  - Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.  Experience Guidelines:  - 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.  - Must be numerically accurate with a "good eye for detail", thorough, organized and consistent.  - Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.  - Ability to apply logical approach while looking at each and every transaction.  - Candidate should have high level of commitment & initiative and should be computer savvy. Should be proficient in advanced MS Excel and ability to work on large spread sheets.
