Manager - Finance - Hotel Chain

We have 1 very urgent position in one of the Best MNC HOSPITALITY GROUP ( having 1370 hotels in 80 countries,909 restaurants in 60 countries, globally employing 1,70,000 manpower )

Position : Manager Hotel Finance

Span of control- Multiple managed properties pan India.

Gross Salary Range - up to 1,50,000 per month ( approx & negotiable ), depending upon current salary, experience, interview status.

Responsibilities :

Managing Hotel reporting requirements which would include :

- Managing monthly Business Review presentation

- Annual Business Plan and Long Range Projection

- Periodic review and deliberation of Business Intelligence Modules and Reports including their upload on CMIS, STR reports etc

- Monthly consolidation of performance and forecast including reconciliation of various reports.

Managing Hotels and Its owners expectation which would include ;

- Recruitment, Training, Leading and Mentoring Financial Controller of Managed Hotels.

- Periodic Management audits and reviews.

- Setting targets and KPIs for Managed Hotels.

- Review and Analysis of Performance of Hotels.

- Monitoring Flow through and profitability

- Internal Control Evaluation and Finance process Review inline with SOP.

- Quarterly Certification, Benchmarking, Trial balance, Bank Statement, GOP reconciliation etc.

- Focus Hotel weekly reports and review.

- Organizing conferences workshop etc.

Preferences :

- B.Com / M.Com / CA equivalent.

- 6+ years of similar job experience . Regional / National / Corporate finance controller would be best fits. Excellent candidates who are currently acting as FCs for standalone large properties, but have exposure in streamlining finance across various properties in his career can also apply.

- Based out of Gurgaon / nearby Gurgaon / Open to relocate & be based out of Gurgaon.
