Job Responsibilities :
- Manages the accounts payable function, including review of invoices, expense reports, and cash disbursements
- Preparation of Balance sheet schedules
- Timely closure of all periodic audits (US GAAP, Statutory, Tax Audit, Internal audit)
- Ensure compliances of SOX processes
- Ensure tax compliances viz. all taxes are deducted before making payments, accounting of all credits (VAT, Service tax) so that there is no loss to the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring all invoices and expense reports are posted to the correct general ledger account and Company.
- Overall ownership of fixed assets accounting and variance analysis
Education :
- MBA-Finance or CA
