Manager - Finance - FMCG

Designation: Manager Finance (ONLY candidates from Bangladesh should Apply)

Role: Will be the Finance Controller based out of Corporate Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh of a Top FMCG Agro Company

Location : Bangladesh

Experience: 5 years to 8 years ( Age Cap 35 Years Maximum)

Language : Bengali (Read/Write/Speak) - Must

Qualification : B.com + CWA /Completed CA IPCC

Level /Cadre : Asst Manager / Manager (overall corporate structure)

Role responsibilities are as below :

- Responsible for a broad spectrum of activities encompassing finance, accounting, tax planning, treasury, corporate secretarial & other compliance, management reporting and administration.

- Finalization of accounts & audit which involves liaising with external auditors and coordinating with the entire accounting team.

- Management accounting and business partnering to provide MIS that will support decision-making.

- Will be part of the core management team and part of key strategic-level business decisions.

- Financial planning and analysis including preparation and review of business plans.

- Responsible for liaising with lawyers and external consultants in connection with legal matters and acquisitions.

- Responsible for monitoring of capital expenditure projects and accounting thereof.

- Liaising with banks to maintain banking facilities.

- Liaising with government agencies.

- Responsible for credit assessment and credit control

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Competent finance professional with 8+ years of experience.

- B.com + CWA /Completed CA IPCC.

- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record of managing large teams of more than 10 people.

- Initiator/Self-starter.

- Good blend of techno-commercial skills.

- Enthusiastic with good business partnering skills.

- Willingness to spend at least 3-5 years in Bangladesh.
