We work in the areas of Business Strategy, Corporate Finance, Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics and Business Process Improvement.  Some of the prominent industries i3 Consulting serve are - financial institutions, retailing, food services, diversified industries and government.  Role:  - The person will be responsible for maintaining the books of accounts, financial reporting, setting up internal controls and preparing the annual budget in conjunction with the Practice Heads and Directors.   - The person will directly manage and supervise the activities of the Accounts department .  Financial Accounting and Book Keeping:   - Maintain books of accounts and all associated sub-accounts on periodic basis   - Ensure that all accounting procedures and related sub-procedures are properly implemented at all times. Ensure that all accounting/financial records are properly filed for future reference and files are kept up-to-date at all times  - Resolve any staff related problems associated with accounting support work and data entry activities as necessary  - Ensure compliance to all the internal and external regulations as specified from time to time  - Supervise and manage the work of staff in the Finance department  Financial Reporting:  - Develop MIS reports to provide internal users with relevant and accurate information   - Provide external users with accurate data reports and records whenever needed  - Analyze financial results and provide suggestions to improve performance to the Executive Manager and department heads  Internal Controls / Audit:  - Develop and implement internal processes and controls   - Facilitate internal and external audits and address the audit findings  Budgeting:  - Prepare annual budget in conjunction with the Practice Heads and Directors   - Analyze actual performance against the budgets, prepare variance reports and report findings to department heads  - Manage and plan capital budgeting. Undertake feasibility studies for major capital expenditures  Performance Indicators:  - Proper management of books of accounts  - Compliance with internal and external regulations   - Accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial reporting  - Initiatives to improve process of financial reporting  - Establishment of effective and efficient internal controls  - Preparation of detailed budgets within the specified time period  - Proper capital budget planning  - Proper working capital management  Qualification:  The person should possess the following:  - Bachelor's degree in Finance (Masters degree preferred)  - A minimum of 6 years experience in a similar management position in Finance & Accounting  - Professional certification (i.e. CA or CPA)  - Good oral and written (English) communications kills  - Working knowledge of Tally, MS Office and basics in MS Excel   Job Location - Noida  Salary Range: 6 - 12 LPA
