Opening for Female CA for the position of Manager Finance for Gurgaon Location.  Person should have exp :   - 9 to 13 Yrs finance and accounting operations in medium/large organization, preferably from Real Estate, Manufacturing or Service Industry  - Manage full spectrum of financial and accounting activities of assigned entities in coordination with multiple stakeholders, including outsourced shared service team, auditors, tax consultants, etc  - Development and maintenance of the Company's budgets and forecasts for all financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow) - at Cost & Profit Centre level & Property level and at overall company level  - Management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable in accordance with policies  - Monitoring, accounting and accruing of recurring transactions of regular and month end activities & review of month-end Journal entries  - Monitor, review and approve GL transactions, Controller ship, Reconciliation process  - Balance sheet / Profit & Loss accounts reconciliations and ensuring proper resolution of the open items  - Finalization of monthly, quarterly and yearly books of accounts  Preparing monthly MIS, dashboard and conducting monthly business review meetings, Board meeting, Board reporting and regular reporting to Management  - Preparing Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors/Shareholders and other secretarial records.  - Dealing with Reserve bank of India for periodical filling and adherence of FDI norms and other applicable compliances.
