Manager - Finance - CA - Manufacturing/Retail

Looking for Finance Manager from Manufacturing Companies or Retail for Bangalore location.

Find below the JD.

- Preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L account at unit level and handling of Statutory and Tax audits.

- Designing and implementing systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal finance control.

- Preparation of Annual budget and monthly analysis of variance in comparison with actual and arriving at the latest estimates.

- Evaluating the new Capex budget proposals.

- Establish process to link KPIs to financial data.

- Analysing the production related variances and the line wise efficiency achievement.

- Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecast.

- Preparation of monthly MIS dockets as required.

- Analysis of Store level and brand level profitability.

- Updation of the FAR and working out the monthly depreciation figures and preparation of MIS reports on monthly Fixed asset Position updating the management.

- Facilitating the provision workings, for month end activity

- Monitoring the service tax and VAT payable workings.
