POSITION: Manager Finance ( Plant )  Location : Faridabad  company : Leading MNC   Experience : 7 - 9 yrs FMCD/Manufacturing/Automobile Industry  Qualification : C.A is mandatory, please note Non CA's Profiles will bot be considered   - Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel  - Good communication and presentation skills  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :  Costing :  - Standard and Margin Costing   - Development, review, and analysis of standard costs for all new products and product line extensions  - Annual standard update, development of labor and overhead rates, and the qualification of year to year financial impact of changes  - Controls data base and ensures the integrity of the cost accounting systems  Forecasting :  - Yearly Forecast, Current View process  - The review of actual results versus plan, commenting on significant variances, evaluate with Plant Objectives and presentation  - Recommending and implementing financial strategies  - Provides for the analysis and evaluation of cost data, cost estimates and cost reduction programs  General Accounting :  - Coordination of monthly financial closings  - Responsible for the coordination of the Physical Inventory and/ or cycle counts encompassing all stock  - Investigates, reviews and analyzes the accounting flow, controls and procedures highlighting problem areas and developing improvements  - Responsible for maintaining Sarbanes Oxley compliance documentation for the Manufacturing facilities as required  - Ensure internal and external audit with in stipulated time for IND AS and UGAAP   - Ensure compliance to accounting policies, both UGAAP and IND AS  Fixed Asset management :  - Design, implement and ensure fixed asset management process including physical verification   - Ensure timely capitalization   Working Capital Management :  - Preparation of Cash Flow forecast   - Understanding and high lighting improvements  Mr. Nitin Kumar Kalra  9810604061
