Title : Finance Manager  Location : Mumbai (Cuffe Parade)  Reporting To : Cfo-rbl   Team Handled : 1 To 2 People  Purpose :   The incumbent will be responsible for all the business commercial aspects of existing business. He will report directly to the CFO of the existing business/ new JV and handle a team of 1-2 persons.   Key Tasks :   - Managing Commercial function OTB(Buys) & Inventory planning   - Monitoring of operating and financial performance of Gross Margin and SCM cost on a monthly basis. Ensuring operational adherence to Cost and Budgetary Controls.  - Development of periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, & budgeting.  - Monitoring & presenting financial performance of Brands other than JVCO on a monthly basis.   - Releasing of PO's of OTB and controls   - Central cost Control   The Desired Profile :   - The person should be well groomed and must have excellent communication skills. He should have knowledge of all the Accounting and Financial aspects.
