Someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen  - Clear communication (in English, Hindi) and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills  - A positive attitude to constantly learn on the job and openness to new ideas  Basic Minimum Requirement:  - Chartered Accountant, amongst the top rankers   - Prior work experience of atleast 3-5years.   - Preferably from operations / manufacturing industry   Your Role & Responsibilities:  - Accounting & Book Keeping   - Financial MIS   Monitoring key financial metrics:  - Putting financial systems and procedures in place as the business scales up   - Budgeting, financial planning, working capital forecasting  - Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues  - Strong understanding of TDS/Service Tax Compliances (including returns)  - Ensuring Regular Audits   Most importantly you will be reporting directly to the founders, be a part of investor meetings and communication, and will be contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy of our company.   Candidates from FMCG/Manufacturing background are Required   Interested candidates with relevant experience are requested to apply here immediately.
