Key Responsibilities :   - Monthly closure of books of accounts  - Quarter end and year end statutory financial-reporting  - Manage escalations on matters pertaining to AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, Revenue etc. for financial-reporting and strengthening of accounting systems and internal controls  - Oversee Group and subsidiaries audit and Liaison with auditors for resolution of issues and smooth-completion of audits  - Transition of accounts to cater to IND AS reporting requirements  - Transition to Tax Accounting Standards  - Financial analysis, Review of Balance sheet & schedules  - MIS reporting and other adhoc reporting responsibilities  Candidate Specifications :   - CA with 7 + years experience (Post qualification).  - Hands on experience encompassing book-keeping, finalization of accounts and performing reviews/audits.  - Good understanding as well as hands on experience on statutory financial reporting (as per Indian GAAP) - mandatory.  - Understating on IND AS requirements and New companies Act 2013.  - Overall exposure ranging from mid-size to large companies.  - Good report-writing and liaison skills.  Suitable candidates may contact :   Tushar Uppal  Antal International 022-40634930
