About the Company : Our Client is a Leading Start-up eCommerce Company
Qualification : CA (Chartered Accountant)
Work Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5 - 12 years (Overall)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing back-end support to Management in raising Capital funding.
- Contributing towards the formulating of annual budget, business strategy and policies.
- Structuring MIS & comprehensive variance analysis reports.
- Ensuring Compliance functions for Direct / Indirect Taxes.
- Preparing monthly & yearly closing of Books of Accounts as per Indian GAAP.
- Monitoring internal controls and ensure that all the accounting activities adhere to the policies
- Liaising with Statutory, Tax & Internal Auditor
- Managing primary banking relations and monitor cash flow to ensure smooth operations
- Identifying opportunities to reduce the cost of operation
- Ensuring reconciliation with all logistic partners and Bank Gateways
- Implementing newer systems & processes in Account & Finance Department
Skills & Ability:
- Relevant years of experience in handling the various functions of Finance & Accounts
- Outstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to dis-aggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis
- Excellent Excel & computer application skills
- Ability to work as a team player as well as lead and coach the team
- Result-oriented, Proactive, hard-working and enthusiasm for work
- Ability to multi-task through various functions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- eCommerce and Retail experience would be an added advantage.
