We are looking for Finance Manager for a very reputed group for their Ecommerce Portal, Bhopal location  Job Description of Finance Manager  Minimum Qualification: CA  Job Responsibilities:  - Oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the Business.  - Periodic MIS & analysis / review of critical financial & operational information for decision making  - Inventory/Vendor Management and control over wastages & leakages  - Responsible for leading and preparing the annual fiscal budget and operating budget for the organization.   - Audits & Statutory compliances in Tax & other regulatory matters  - Responsible for managing processes for financial forecasting, budgeting and consolidation and reporting of the financials   - Responsible for billing, debtors ageing and credit control and related supervision of billing team.  - Shall lead the audit function and liaise with the auditors both during finalization of the Company accounts and as and when necessary during the financial year   - Ensuring credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts  - Review of inputs shared for Payroll processing and timely deductions of inputs if any.   - In depth knowledge of direct and indirect taxes   - Manage all statutory compliances  - Any other work as assigned from time to time.  Essential Attributes:  - Should be a goal-oriented CA with wide exposure across Commerce, Finance & Accounts, Costing System, Risk Management, Taxation, Auditing and Project Finance.  Desired Attributes :  - Process oriented   - Possess excellent financial, managerial & communication skills (both written & verbal),   - Should be able to establish effective coordination across functions viz; Sales, HR, IT etc.  - Should be a Go-Getter with problem solving skills and highest level of integrity both Financial & Organizational.  - Should possess adequate exposure of leading and mentoring big team.  Preference will be given to candidate from E-commerce/Dotcom Industry
