Organization : The company extends asset leasing solutions to enterprises that aim for business expansion. First of its kind in India working in sectors such as SAWE (Sanitation, Waste and Energy), Healthcare and Manufacturing and services.  - We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyse every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans in order to enable them to make sound business decision and meet the company's objectives.   Reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) :   General Responsibilities :  Provide support to COO, through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/ analyses for publication to various constituents (Management, Sales, Investors, Bankers etc.) who rely on/ benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in the Review of Monthly Operations of the Company, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.  Specific Responsibilities :  - Prepare monthly analysis of revenue and expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.  - Partner with business team and asset management team in determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product roll out, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.  - Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.  - Identify, investigate, and analyse potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)  - Fulfil responsibilities under Tally, understand and fully support LeaseWave system.  - Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ability to work in teams  - Understand and follow company rules and regulations.  - Perform all other duties as assigned and required in managing the finances of the company.  Education and Experience Requirements :  - Two to four years of experience in a similar position; experience with operations preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Manager. Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles  - Professional qualification such as CA and or CPA is a must.   - High level of energy and enthusiasm to make a difference to an early stage company  - Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.  - Strong experience in income statement analysis.  - Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Proficient user of finance software  - Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.  - Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects  - Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
