Manager Finance- Shared Services

This position will report to the Finance Controller to be based out of Goa handling Shared services.

This requires 8+ years experienced resource. Need to be from Shared services background.

Job description:

a) To provide leadership to the entire shared services team. The Accounts Payable Lead will focus on overseeing the Shared services team and will be a focal point for managing overall Shared services department including AP /AR management to agreed levels of timeliness and accuracy

b) Enhance overall shared services function effectiveness, through global standardization, best practices and using scale of operations

c) The shared services Process Lead is responsible to manage overall payment function and activities for the business including bill passing and processing for timely and accuracy, ensuring controls, avoidance of duplicate payments,

d) Manage a team performing day to day process activities as follows: - Ensures the delivery of a high quality, business focused service in accordance with SLA's - Documentation and queries assigned in a timely and accurate manner in SAP - Query reconciliation activities e) Managing internal stakeholders and suppliers grievance cell
