About our Client - Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of carbonated drinks in the world. With presence in about 20 countries, they are expanding footprints in India and have set up the manufacturing unit at Patalganga MIDC,40 kms from Navi Mumbai. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead their HR function end to end.

Job Description - While reporting to the Country Manager and MD your responsibilities would be to:

- Develop and strategize a growth plan for the Finance and Administration team

- Supervise and be accountable for the accounting and taxation activities

- Verify the compliance levels of the financial processes in accordance with the organization standards

- Oversee the commercial activities and maintain banking relations

- Raise funds from different sources and ensure the highest returns for the organization

- Direct the budgeting process for all Capital and operational requirements and present it to the Country Manager

- To ensure the adherence of the Standard Accounting procedures (IFRS) in all the accounting operations

- Ensure all financial activities, maintenance of accounts, efficient materials management, compliance with statutory requirements and management of cash flow

- Budgetary control to ensure desired financial performance with emphasis on profit maximization through revenue enhancement and strict expenditure controls

- Handle all matters pertaining to taxation, insurance policies, banking etc.

- To assume responsibility for preparing all MIS reports to develop a more informative database for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of activities

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 6+ years post qualification experience.

- You currently work in the foods & beverages industry and are heading/over seeing the working of the entire finance function. Knowledge of IFRS is MUST.

- You have hand-on experience of MIS, accounting, reporting. You have experience of handling a team. You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills.

- You must be well versed with ERP and MS-Office applications. You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has good inter-personal skills.
