The incumbent will work on various aspects including:
- Tenant Invoicing
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Assistance in annual Audit of Financial Statements
- Handling the Internal Audits
- Compliance with all the Statutory requirements
- Preparation of MIS Reports
- Managing the Accounts Receivable & Payable functions
- Day-to-day Cash Management
- Coordination for TDS Certificates from Clients
- Processing of Purchase orders/ Work Orders or Agreements
- Activities related to the Secretarial function as and when required
