Job Responsibilities :  - Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, Financial Statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards  - Coordinating with the auditors, one of the Big4 firms in completing statutory audit, IFRS conversion and consolidation of accounts  - Spearhead the implementation of ERP in the organization right from preparing the chart of accounts, designing financial process and culling-out automated reports/MIS   - Be the key lead for collaborating with Bank for finding long-term, innovative solutions for business needs  - Preparing the monthly MIS package for the investors as well as giving analytical presentations for the senior management  - Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analysis to facilitate business decision-making.  - Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.  - Drive budgeting processes, and achieve budget objectives, by scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions  We are looking for :  - A Chartered Accountant of 2013 batch or earlier working in reputed startups / organizations having relevant experience in Accounts, handling banks and MIS.
