Manager - Finance & Accounts - Mfg (7-12 yrs)
We are looking out for Manager Finance and Accounts with a reputed Manufacturing client in Philippines.

Position : Manager Finance and Accounts
Reporting to CFO and MD
Experience : 7-12 years of experience in basic accounting procedures, costing, budgeting and consolidation of group accounts in Manufacturing environment.
Qualification : CA/Inter CA/ICWA
- To direct and manage financial and accounts functions of the group.
- Consolidation of Group Accounts.
- Help in establishing financial strategy and policy for the long term health of the group and lead the Finance and Risk Management covering Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury Operations, Fund Management, Costing, Risk Management and Planning.
- Formulate and administer the - overall strategic financial plans and business controls based on company policies.
- Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage and prepare annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity - analyses on the same to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a cash management program to ensure an adequate working capital and - return on cash balances addressing the investment needs.
- Manage all aspects of corporate financial business processes in compliance with applicable laws - and regulations.
- Review external and internal audit reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure accurate, timely and detailed financial reporting to regulators, external financial agencies and completion of management reports on key financial parameters including pricing, profitability, fund management etc.
- Lead efforts to ensure proper cash management, working capital, Capex and liquidity in the business while maximizing profitability.
- Ensure smooth and robust internal control systems are implemented and followed across the business.
- Lead cost effectiveness initiative in the business unit and act as a effective cost controller
