Manager - Finance & Accounts - IT (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all financial documents and reports in compliance to the standard accounting principles
- Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to by the company
- Oversee the regular day to day accounts including cash flow, general ledger, accounts payable and receivables
- Responsible for invoicing and ensuring payments are made to the vendors promptly
- Prepare employee payroll and should be able to answer taxation related queries, explain tax saving options and disburse their salaries
- Work closely with the leadership team and prepare the annual budget
- Prepare MIS reports as and when requested by management
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- Have a minimum of 8 - 10 years- experience working at a capacity preferably from a corporate environment
- Be well versed in TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Professional Tax and other accounting standards
- Be able to provide a financial snapshot to the management in a concise manner
- A qualified CA or MBA Finance graduate.
