Coordinating with Statutory auditors, one of the Big4 firms in completing statutory audit of Indian and Singapore operations, IFRS conversion and consolidation of accounts  3. Spearhead the ICFR implementation in the company  4. Internal audit - Set up the internal audit department, co-ordinate the conduct of audit and push for implementing audit observations  5. Banking - Be the key lead for collaborating with Bank for finding long-term, innovative solutions for business needs  6. Insurance - Be the SPOC for insurance requirement of the company  7. Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analysis to facilitate business decision-making.  8. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
