Designation - Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Exp : 8 - 12 years post qualification experience

Location : Noida

Knowledge, Experience And Attributes :

- Extensive experience of managing various activities of finance & accounts along with handling of other matters relating to audit & process improvement.

- Strong functional and execution capabilities in Finance, accounts, and tax with good analytical skills.

- Should be able to work independently on confidential data

- Proficiency in numerical and data analyses.

- Experience in using an ERP (SAP preferred)/finance and accounting systems.

- Good communicator, with fluent written and spoken English.

- Well-organized, self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize and manage a broad and demanding workload

Principal Accountabilities /Key Result Areas :

Finance & Accounts and Audit :

- Supervise preparation of Financial statement monthly & annually as per Group / IGAAP including various schedules

- Scrutinize and Supervise all ledger to ensure the accuracy of accounting entries.

- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis for the management for financial decision-making).

- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) .

- Monitor & supervise payable activity, vendor reconciliations, vendor payments etc.

Budgeting & MIS :

- Support in preparation of various budgets at division and company level

- Monitor budget utilisation along with actual financial results.

- Preparation of variance analysis and reason for deviation at frequent intervals.

- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors on need basis.

- Supervise generation of MIS for optimum performance of business.

- Be a Business partner for various Sales / Editorial leaders and help them with cost benefit analysis for a particular decision.
