Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Real Estate/Developer (3-9 yrs)
There is a job Opening with a leading Real Estate\Developer Company for a Manager- Finance and Accounts(CA qualified is must)
Experience in Service Tax and VAT is mandatory required
ERP/SAP working knowledge is must

JD:
Key Functional Competencies:
- Book Keeping in SAP and Accounting under IGAAP
- Preparation of MIS, ability to analyze data and highlight variances with reference to Budget
- Ability to Handle Statutory Audit, Limited review & Tax audit
- Knowledge on Project costing and variance analysis
- Experience in handling TDS, VAT and Service Tax
- Exposure to Company law, Income Tax
- Good computer working knowledge in SAP, MS EXCEL, Hyperion
- Experience in Real estate/Construction industry preferred
