Job Description :
- Thorough accounting knowledge under Indian GAAP excels skills. Working knowledge on ERP
- Preparation of company's financial on stand alone and consolidation on a monthly basis
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports annual budgeting and forecast reports.
- Assisting board meeting / Audit committee meeting presentation and reports.
- Evaluation of Cost of goods sold by product & profitability
- Accounting for Forex Gain/Loss and Restatement of financials
- Implementation of product based revenue module and cost allocation.
- Liaison with Statutory and internal Auditors and Functional heads to ensure that the Audit recommendations are implemented Implementation of product based revenue module and cost allocation
- Possess through knowledge of direct and indirect tax/rules
- Independently handling complete Sales Tax, VAT, service tax and income tax, Central Excise & Customs compliances including assessments.
- Coordinating with the higher management officials of their own as well as other departments, in order to report the progress and changes if any.
- Be open and willing to take adhoc reporting and statutory requirements.
