Education/ Formal Qualification - Chartered Accountant
Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc.)
- Good multi tasking skills and presentation skills
- Must have excellent computer skills excel, word
- Good verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach
Knowledge and Experience (Total work experience and job related relevant experience)
- 7-8 years of experience supporting Mall operations
- Experience in handling a team
Min Age - Around 30 years
Responsibilities
- Managing accounts at mall independently – controlling master sheet for billing, debtors statement, analysis & verification of expenses/ provisions etc
- To Manage Cash Flow and Working Capital
- Preparation, Monitoring and Controlling the Budgeting activities. Annual reporting of Budget
- Preparation of Monthly reports and MIS
- Finalization of Accounts
- Taking care of Sales Tax, Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Fixed Assets Accounting, Preparation of Fixed Asset register etc
- Dealing with Auditors. Audits consisting of Internal, External and Statutory Audits
Working conditions
- Usually works in an office setting, though he/ she may have to travel for meetings across locations.
