Hiring for Manager - Finance & Accounts position for a leading General Insurance Co.

Job Location - Mumbai

Exp - 3 - 5+ yrs

Industry - General Insurance / Life Insurance

CTC - As per company standard

General Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of Standalone Financials, Cash Flow Statement, preferably in IRDAI format for GI companies

2. Review of Accounts (Variance analysis, ledger scrutiny) including Fixed Asset

3. Knowledge of Related Party reporting as per AS and Companies Act

4. Reporting to Parent Company/external stake holders

5. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities

6. Well Versed with Indian Accounting Standards

7. Knowledge of Ind AS will be added advantage.
