Urgent Vacancy for the position of Manager Finance and Accounts with a US MNC in Mumbai

Qualification - CA

Job Responsibilities :

Preparation of Management Accounts incl KPIs & period closing.

Preparation of Financial Statements.

Finalisation of Accounts and Closing

Monthly Reporting

Accounts Receivable management.

Fixed Assets management.

Preparation periodic schedules for trial balance items

Review of expenses with budgets and enquire into variances

Assisting in preparation of Budgets & Forecasting.

Managing statutory audit, transfer pricing.

Responsible for corporate tax audit and corporate tax returns.

Coordinate with the tax consultants with respect to the submissions for assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities.

Assist in GST implantation.

Monitor deliverables from 3rd party accounting service provider.

Other Requirements ;

Must be fluent in English and computer literate

Good communication skills

Ability to handle volumes and work well under pressure

Good understanding of GAAP, internal control and tax regulations

Knowledge of Company act and tax act
