Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - FMCG

Position : Accounts, Finance Manager

Qualification: CA Mandatory

Finance Related:

- Bookkeeping, Salaries & Bank transfers, Taxes, Supervision of the Interior Branches

- Collection of debtors & Payment to creditors.

- Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors reconciliation.

- Payment to principal in foreign currency and monthly reconciliation of accounts.

- Monthly MIS & related reports including stock ageing report & Debtors ageing report.

- Liaising with auditors (Internal & External). Completion of audits, annual filing of returns.

- Preparation of annual budget.

- Preparation of monthly payroll.

- Audit Replies

Marketing: (in accordance with deadlines)

- Leader list

- Product pricing.

- Shipping/consignment/brochure follow-ups / Handling of Imports

- Inventory control and stock movement

- Planning offers with controlling stocks and margins

- Follow-up for Payments members/supervsiors/corporates/ team leaders

- Maintaining of proper documentations

- Pantry supplies

- Printing of Stationery

- Resolving warehouse and its related problems, making space/consignment/labour arrangements

- Random checks of cars, log books, warehouse stocks, documentations

Miscellaneous:

- Visit to interior branches once every fortnight, Nizwa every month and Salalah once a year.

- Attend marketing conference abroad once a year

- Visit Ministry of Commerce for consignment approval
