They promote a sense innovation, business ethics and professionalism in all their operations.  Job Objective: To manage and execute the successful delivery of Company’s corporate finance and accounting functions for all global entities.  Position Type: Full-time home based.  Start Date: As soon as possible  Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore  Reporting Relationship - Managing Director  Position Description:  - Working in collaboration with the Junior Manager- Finance and Senior Management Team, the Manager - Finance will lead the internal finance activities for all Organization's global entities, as defined by Organization India, Mauritius and Austria.   - The Manager - Finance will oversee the management of all finance activities for the organization, departments and units as well as individual contracts.  The specific responsibilities related to the Manager-­ Finance will include,but not be limited to:  - Oversee and manage daily finance operations for all legal entities of organization as required including, but not limited to: accounts payable and receivable, cash management, reporting, closing activities, banking transactions etc.  - Oversee and coordinate activities related to legal, regulatory and statutory compliance, ensuring all issues are appropriately resolved.  - Oversee and coordinate activities related to tax compliance, ensuring all issues are appropriately resolved.  - Identify, monitor and mitigate financial risks related to all company's legal entities.  - Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved.  - Ensure sufficient cash flow and investigate cost-­savings opportunities and efficiencies for all entities, departments and contracts.  - Lead the creation of regular and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.  - Lead budgeting and financial planning and controlling processes for all company’s entities, departments and contracts; including profitability analysis to inform future efficiencies.  - Lead the creation of finance and accounting policies and processes, in partnership with the Operations team.  - Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of all company’s entities.  - Ensure that all financial information is stored, safeguarded and maintained appropriately in both physical and filing online systems.  - Manage finance vendor relationships, such as CAs, banks etc. in coordination with other team members.  - Assist in the design, implementation, and timely execution of fixed pay plans, variable pay plans, benefits etc for Contractors and employees.  - Oversee any business insurance plans and health care coverage plans, as legally required and available.  - Provide finance guidance and expertise to company’s team members, where required.  - Support internal innovation processes including executing experiments and incorporating learning.  - Support feedback loops to ensure a model of continuous improvement and value for both clients and organization.  - Manage and provide capacity building for team members to ensure mutual benefit and positive working experience.  - Contribute to the overall strategic and operational development of company, as required.  Qualification & Skills:  We are seeking a detail oriented CA or equivalent with a commitment to delivering quality results and experience providing finance and accounting expertise.   The successful candidate will have the following attributes:  - An advanced degree in accounting or finance; CA qualification or equivalent preferred.  - 5 -7 years of experience in a professional setting related to finance and accounting.  - A proven track record of independently managing finance and accounting processes in a dynamic organization.  - Knowledge of Indian and International generally accepted accounting principles.  - Significant experience using accounting software, such as Tally.  - The ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.  - Exposure to developing and implementing finance and accounting policies and procedures.  - The ability to produce detail-oriented high quality work in a timely manner.  - The ability to work with ambiguity and flexibility to ensure outcomes are achieved.  - Exceptional verbal communications skills in both English and Hindi.  - Commitment to overall mission and core values.  Compensation:  Organization offers a salary package in line with a structured compensation plan and commensurate with experience to all employees. This will be a full-time home-based role in India.
