Manager - Finance & Accounts - BPO (8-10 yrs)
We wish to inform that, we are looking for Manager Finance at Bangalore with leading Multinational company
Role Description
- Maintain & enhance the company’s accounting system, policies and procedures, and ensuring that the entire financial system is accurate, timely, efficient and executed in accordance with GAAP.
- Guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendation to operations issues.
- Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company’s general ledger.
- Supervise, direct, and review the work of the accounting team
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing activities
- Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
- Review financial results with India and US leadership teams
- Responsible to monitor, review and settle inter- company transactions periodically by coordinating with India and US accounting and tax teams
- Close the statutory audit of the company by drawing an audit plan
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Candidate Description
- Ability to effectively use Oracle Financial Management Toll
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Prioritization and planning skills. Deadline oriented.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision
- Ability to effectively direct and supervise
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Must be a Chartered Accountant with 8- 10 years of post -qualification experience.
