About our Client - Our client is a global service technology company with presence in more than 25 countries. They are currently looking to bring on board a Manager- Finance Accounting who can partner with the Finance Director & will be responsible for leading the accounts team.

Job Description - Reporting directly into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure all accounting closing and reporting deadlines established by corporate and local regulations are met consistently and on a timely basis.

- Regularly review the financial accounting records prepared by accountants for accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies.

- Ensure that they are properly uploaded on the accounting system

- Review and approve all business expense reports and all vendor invoices.

- Ensure respective compliance for areas of responsibility including maintaining process documentation.

- Be the central point for audits (corporate, statutory, Internal, and any others etc.) as well as other outside accounting requirements.

- Ensure intercompany agreements' terms and settlements are paid and current.

- Review and approve tax filings prepared by external accounting provider and in liaison with corporate tax in Germany

- Ensure proper application of transfer pricing rules & regulations, adherence to group transfer pricing policy and ensuring local compliance etc. Co ordination with Legal firm and Big 4 on same

- Supervise the Tax function with respect to data provision - internal and external Indirect tax related Assessments, records maintenance and provision to tax authorities, Tax Forms, Road permit, new registrations Treasury.

- Partner with corporate FP&A to interpret and provide analysis of financial reports and information for internal non-finance personnel related to budgeting, expenditures, coding, and document preparation for accounting activities

- Be able to lead, manage and execute on special projects as needed, and across various functions

The Successful Candidate: You are a CA with 8- 12 years of post qualification experience with product based organizations. Excellent excel skills & experience of working in SAP is a must. Prior experience of handling a team in a Multinational environment is desired. Excellent communication & presentation skills are a must have.
