Manager - Factory & WareHouse Operations - Manufacturing/Production - IIT

NEED CAT A ENGINEERING GRADUATES WITH 6-12 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN WORLD CLASS ORGANISATION IN COMPLEX MANUFACTURING/SUPPLY CHAIN SITUATIONS WITH MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.

- Operations Managers are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for Factory and warehpuse. Leading a team of Manager, will be responsible for goals of performance.

- manage requirements and expectations of team members and stake holders.

- reaponsible for performace for completer factory with managing all the on role / offrole and staff function and other stake holders.

- sharing of best practices in all the shifts of shop floor.

- Works closely with all the staff functions.

- Able to address operational and personnel issues affecting functional area.

Basic Qualifications:

- Engineering from CAT A colleges only need to apply.

- managing 3rd party pay roll staff members.

- knowledge of Six Sigma tools

- Lean techniques preferred.

- expertise in MS office
