Manager - Factory Supply Chain Management - FMCG (7-8 yrs)
Qualifications :
7-8 years Of experience with experience in the following areas in the order of priority :
- Supply Planning
- Production & Material Planning
- Procurement
- Manufacturing - Industrial Performance
- Bachelors in Dairy Technology will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure delivery of service of factory Supply Chain at a minimum cost-to-serve
Guide factory supply chain teams to ensure :
- Robust planning for rolling months horizon. Identify gaps and risk mitigation under Detailed Production Schedule, Material Requisition Planning, Distribution planning, Physical logistics and all other areas impacting units performance
- Leverage systems (SAP) in Operations
- Ensure that day to day processes and operations are as per Compliance guidelines
- Monitor and manage Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations
- Contribute in formulating strategy and its execution as a member of Factory leadership team
- Collaborate with peer factory Supply Chain managers to share best practices, liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement, Factory Management and Application Group to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure on time execution of events (consumer promotions, new products) by close coordination with Factory and HO stake holders
- Development of careers, succession plans in close co-ordination with Supply Chain Management
- Communicate effectively downstream needs to instill customer service orientation within plant's organization
- Location Would be North India.
