Responsibilities:
Purpose – Develop, recommend and execute plans for exports of Branded FMCG products to overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities are as follows :
- Manage and grow business in select overseas markets by effective brand marketing and by driving the local distributor sales force
- Manage the designated external agencies for necessary packaging / labeling development for export markets. Work with brand / media teams for development of brand communication, including digital marketing, for export markets
- Track primary and secondary sales for targeted markets and plan activities in the overseas markets to achieve targeted sales
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely export shipments
- Customer servicing of existing international partners including monitoring of shipments, payments etc.
- Business Development of new international markets and new product launches in existing international markets
- Engage with importers / consumers in international markets for consumer understanding, and work with internal teams to develop products for exports
- Ensure complete understanding and compliance of India exports policy, International Payment terms and local laws of importing countries
- Assist Exports Head in development and implementation of overall Exports business plans
Experience:
- Experience of minimum 5 years including reasonable experience in the field of FMCG exports to international markets
Educational Qualification:
MBA from a premier institute with specialization in International Business or Sales & Marketing
