We have very urgent position in one of BEST BANKING Sector
organization across the following location
BASE LOCATION - Mumbai ( Kanjur marg )
OFFERED CTC - 10lac - 14lac pa; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - Manager - Employee Relations & Labour Law Compliance
SPAN OF CONTROL: pan India
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE:-
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Handling labor law compliance :
- Whenever there is a labor inspection/he should be able to handle it well and should know all applicable laws.
- Whenever we receive show-cause notices from the labor officers, s/he should be able to respond to them satisfactorily
2. S/He should have experience in handling labor law cases in the courts filed by State as well as employees/ex-employees
- Appointing lawyers
- Briefing lawyers
- Preparing written submissions for defense
- Safeguarding bank's interest under all circumstances
- Tracking dates
SPECIFICATIONS :
- Full-time Specialist experience of at least 3 years in Labour Law compliance is necessary.
NOTE 1: Need not apply in the absence of IR / ER / Labour law compliance dominant experience please. HR Business Partners / Generalists need not apply at all, please.
- NOTE 2: Travel to metros and state capitals may be required for 1-2 days in a month to meet lawyers & review cases.
A candidate may be from any industry.
English communication is important because if s/he makes grammatical errors in written submissions that it will consume too much time of mine to proof-read every submission not just for content but also for language.
- MBA HR / IR.
- University degree in Law / Labour Law will be preferred.
- Extremely good oral & written communication skills in English for drafting and internal communication.
- Experience - 3 to 9 years
