Position Title : Manager - Employee Relations & Business HR  Location :   Qualifications : MBA/PGD in HR with around 2- 6 years as HR generalist experience  Preferred industry : BFSI/IT/Consulting  Essential : Must have worked in "New policy updation " & "Reward & Recognition"  Key Deliverables :  - Create understanding of culture and values of the organization with employees and support the employees through their career life cycle in line with the organization's value proposition.  - Participate in the employee related strategic discussions with Business Heads and ensure right inflow of manpower through recruitment team; right training through the central training team.  - Manage and ensure all HR processes relating to the region is effectively delivered. This includes and is not limited to policy communication; grievance redressal ; open house; induction; early warning system; talent management system; performance management system; exit interviews  Skills & Abilities :  - Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub-systems.  - Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework.  - Good communication skills, both oral and written.  - Customer service orientation.  - Ability to interact confidently with a diverse cross section of people
