Manager - eCommerce Sales - Consumer Durable/Electronics & Appliances (4-10 yrs)
Manager - Ecommerce - for a leading Consumer durable company (Electronics & Appliances) (4-10 yrs)
Experience required :
- 4+yrs of experience. Minimum 4 yrs of experience in Ecommerce. MBA preferred. Less job hops.
- This role would manage the ecommerce Sales for Appliance division.
- Driving pan-India business of one or more E-Commerce Key accounts.
- This would require travelling to Head Offices of the E Commerce Key Accounts.
- Execution of Business plan for the channel.
- Tie-up with all the major E-commerce players currently operating in the space to list, display and sell company's appliances.
- Volume and Deal Tie-ups and negotiate pricing with the E-commerce players to drive the top-line & bottom-line growth.
- Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams.
- Track - Fill - Rate- of orders and maintain a healthy Fill-Rate.
- Drive Brand Visibility across the major E-Commerce platforms through Brand Stores (exclusive web-page on e-commerce site), display banners etc.
- Ensure timely payment collections from trade partners, linking and reconciliation.
- Timely product delivery to end consumer (wherever applicable) and resolve any issues which may arise due to - No Stock- or other delivery issues like - Product Damages-
