- Location – Chennai
- Designation – AM / DM / GM
- Comm Skill – Excellent (International Client Interaction Role)
- Shift Timing – 24*7 (Including Night)
- Passport – Mandatory (Preferably H1 Visa)
- Qualification – CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACA (MBA Finance only applicable candidates has all the relevant experience & exposure)
- Skillset – “Hands on Experience in Financial Reporting”
- 3-10 year of working experience in GL or Financial reporting in BPO industry / finance department of large commercial organization
- Exposure in US GAAP, IFRS mandatory
- People management experience/ handled end to end process or business unit
- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - Expense Management, General Accounting, Recon or financial reporting process, Financial statement analysis / SEC reporting / XBRL taxanomy / Derivative Hedge accounting / Impairment reporting /Transfer accounting/financial close process
- Knowledge of best practice and emerging developments in similar multinational organizations
