It is a 60+ yrs old company and the leading Debt-Buyer in the US.  Job Description :  The incumbent will be responsible for USGAAP accounting, SEC reporting, financial analysis & MIS reporting, investment assessment and IRR benchmarking, Market & peers benchmarking and preparation of various presentations for assets reconstruction business / other subsidiaries. Should have experience of working with Asset Reconstruction Company/NBFC or any others financial services entity.   PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES -   - USGAAP Accounting & month end reporting of asset reconstruction business / subsidiaries / SPVs. This includes computation of revneue under USGAAP, Accounting of SPVs and FPIs, computation of investment income from various SPVs and other USGAAP adjustments.  - SEC reporting as per USGAAP (preparation of various scheudle as per SEC requirements).   - Preparation of monthly management report (comparision of actuals vs budget, segment profitability, cost allocation,computation of key metrics, Portfolio performance Analytics and IRR Analytics.   - Assessment of investment paper at the time of purchasing portfolios and IRR benchmarking.   - Preparation of various presentations for management review meeting / board meeting.  - Market research and analysis of the financial results of competititors of India and Asia Pacific   - Providing various inputs for SR ratings and RBI reporting   Required Skill Sets :  - Candidate should be a CA.  - 1- 8 years of experience in NBFC / Bank / Financial services companies.  - People with Experience in NBFC would be preferred   - Strong knowledge of GAAP and Financial Management  - Strong communication skill is necessary as the person will be required to work with senior management  - Strong learning agility as the person has to work on new assignments
