SrManager / AGM - Distribution & Planning ( Sr level opportunity)  Location: Chennai  Company - Leading Indian MNC  Experience - 13 to 20 Yrs   Skills :   Experience in independently handling Demand Forecast, Distribution/ supply chain management preferably with some years in the manufacturing with multiple plants and multiple selling environment /FMCG/ supply chain area.  KRA :  - Monthly demand forecasting in Sales verticals (B2B and B2C) - Replacement, OE/Institutional and Exports.  - Product Groups planning to ensure correct SKU wise scheduling.  - Assist the Product Groups in arriving at the SKU wise marketing schedule planning.   - Act as an interface between Product Groups wherever required - especially if capacity conversions are required  - Work closely with the Product Groups and Central planning to arrive at the tentative and firm production schedules  - Optimize quantity available for dispatch against Marketing Schedule  - Validate and correct the planning data from Tentative through Firm, Production Simulation, allocation availability, allocation vs. availability for each bucket, etc.  - Ensure timely delivery of stocks as per the bucket wise schedule published  - Provide the distribution support for execution of commercial account orders  - Follow up with central logistics / factories for bucket wise, sku wise dispatch compliance   - Manage the stock allocations through RDCs / OE go-downs and seasonal go-downs  - Monitor the stock holding norms at a sales office level  - Work closely with commercial accounts team at HO from PO stage to actual delivery of the material as per agreed timelines  - Partners closely to work with the senior management team to create a culture that meets organizational objectives.  - Shall drive new initiatives across the organization to bring change, development and sustain the same  Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
