They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting a Manager - Distribution, based out of their head office in Gurgaon.  Job Description :  Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for :   Managing distributors operations across India region  On boarding & supervising CFA partners  Liaising extensively with external vendors, distributors and logistics partners in a Regulatory Environment  Working closely with cross functional teams like finance, sales, marketing  Ensuring optimum inventory level with distributors at any given point in time across all businesses  Managing team of 5-6 people and up skilling them for their future growth  We are looking for :  MBA or Post Graduate with 8+ years- experience in managing distributors at PAN India level. The client is looking for candidates from Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry only.
