Client Details :
Our client is a leading global healthcare organization with presence in more than 40 countries across the globe. They have a diverse range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products which are available in more than 100 countries. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting a Manager - Distribution, based out of their head office in Gurgaon.
Description :
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for :
- Managing distributors operations across India region
- On boarding & supervising CFA partners
- Liaising extensively with external vendors, distributors and logistics partners in a Regulatory Environment
- Working closely with cross functional teams like finance, sales, marketing
- Ensuring optimum inventory level with distributors at any given point in time across all businesses
- Managing team of 5-6 people and up skilling them for their future growth
Profile :
MBA or Post Graduate with 8+ years experience in managing distributors at PAN India level. The client is looking for candidates from Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry only. Further you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team.
