This Position includes to lead new thinking, run large integrated agency-building pitches, evangelize the group's strengths and influence the agency and client's thinking thus helping both look at the bigger picture.

Other key roles will include :

- Culture & Consumer : The job is to explore new ways of exerting influence on culture and putting into action new research methodologies.

- Creativity : Push boundaries and bring new thinking to the table to catalyse the largest client businesses in the agency.

- Integrated Media : As influencers, they are also charged with evangelizing the group's strategy point of view and in bringing integrated strengths of the group into focus and subsequent action. Must bring in new ways of thinking about integrated media to best help utilize the power of integrated media for maximum business impact.

- Business Responsibilities : Responsible for guiding the client towards more rewarding brand business decisions. Also to bring to the table, the latest in campaign efficiency, efficacy and measurement in order to deliver greater value.

- Data & Technology : Will run the charge on using data and technology for better brand decisions. Creating/evaluating models for campaign optimization, reporting, market sizing for clients is a key responsibility

- Partnership : Being one of the senior most strategy functions at the agency, it is also the responsibility of the AVP - Strategy Planning to attract and nurture talent to feed the agency's future. It is their job to keep teams inspired and influence their thinking.

Essential Still Sets :

- Proven leadership abilities.

- Minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience in strategic planning and related communications activities.

- Experience of working within Advertising, Media agency, Digital agencies with a background in Marketing & Strategy planning.

- Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.

- Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

- Needs to be well informed and networked to understand new business outreach success, challenges and opportunities.

- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies across formats and platforms. A deal maker with a proven ability to build client relationships at senior levels.

- Excellent communicator

- High level of collaboration, energy and a can do attitude. And above all, a desire to produce outstanding output at all times.
