Manager/Director - Finance - CA - Business Incubator

Our client is a business incubator. They provide business acceleration services to companies operating in dairy, renewable energy, agri logistics, rural and agri infra, animal feed, water management and farm productivity sectors.

- They are privately owned by one of India's leading business families and have exceptionally strong promoter credentials with access to good quality capital, a long term commitment and an in-depth understanding of the Rural, Food and Agri-Business sector.

Our client is looking to hire an Finance Manager/Director who would be primarily responsible for Finance and accounts operations, handling external auditors, statutory compliance, financial MIS and reporting, financial planning and budgeting, financial intelligence and strategic advice.

- The ideal candidate would be a CA with three to five years of experience in an audit firm (big four) or a services firm that has global operations.

- A part of the KRA would also involve fund raising, project financing and Liaisoning with banks and financial institutions.

- Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role.
