- Responsible for achieving the revenue targets through the Direct Channel.

- Maintaining relationship with direct sales partners.

- Engaging with top partners to ensure achievement & revenue targets.

- Monitoring ROI for the partners.

- Responsible for conversions through the telesales channel.

- Assigning monthly targets to tele-calling agency and following-up with them on performance.

- Monitoring productivity of Tele-sales & Direct Sales employees & identifying & mentoring on areas of improvement.
