Manager - Direct & Indirect Taxation - CA - BFSI

Requirement:

- Ensuring all direct and indirect tax compliances including tax assessments.

- Ensuring TDS deduction, deposit, filing of TDS returns and issuance of certificates within the stipulated timelines.

- Ensuring service tax and VAT related compliances within the stipulated timelines.

- Smooth transition into GST and ICDS.

- Responsible for tax optimization initiatives.

- Responsible for Transfer pricing documentation and tax audit.

Desired Profile:

- CA with 5+ yrs of relevant experience(Both Direct & Indirect Taxation) from any Industry.

- Preferably from Bangalore
