Job Description  The most important part of this job is that the candidate must have demonstrated and extensive digital experience - from strategy through implementation. This means that the person understanding digital marketing, analytics, social CRM, analytics driven strategy - as well as mobility and cloud computing. It is acceptable and understandable if the candidate focuses more around two if these areas, but should be able to think strategically around how the other components fit into the digital roadmap for clients.   The second important part is that the candidate must be able to think strategically, but be willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement the programs.   The candidate will essentially have social analytics experience and proven ability of having worked with analytics tools extensively. Must have high level of familiarity with social dashboards and be fluent in the relevant technologies.   - Experience in Big Data will be bonus. Should functional expertise over the SMAC components. Cloud computing is not essential - but a good to have. We don't want a mobile app development background. We are looking for a person who understands the digital space well enough to advice clients.  The person will also have revenue targets to develop the market around this area in the region. Business development will be supported by the firm, but accountability will reside with this individual.  Required Skills / Experience:  - MBA in marketing.   - Experience in business development in domestic markets  - Consulting background - at least 5 years in consulting  - More than 60% marks throughout academic career.  - Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders   - 2-3 years experience in digital working with multiple clients / organizations including Fortune 1000 clients (experience in multiple verticals preferred).   - Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills required.  - Experience in working in business intelligence space will be an additional qualification  - Strong technical background with advanced computer skills.
