A leading UK based Publishing House is looking for-  Position : Digital Operation Manager  Experience : 8 to 10 Years  Location : Delhi  PURPOSE OF THE JOB :   - This role is responsible for managing institutional onboarding and on-going service relationship management for digital and blended products.   PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS :   - Define and manage the onboarding process and the support process for institutions  - Manage a team of Operations Executives across different geographies  - Define and monitor key operations metrics  - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain all SLAs as per contract  - Coordinate with vendors and internal team to service the customer requirements  - Train and support customer on-site staff as required for implementation of the products  - Coordinate and manage communication between project team members, project sponsor, etc.-   KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :   - Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is a plus.  - Minimum 8-10 years of project management and operations management experience, with at least 2 years in Operations/Implementation Manager role.  - Minimum 5 years of handling digital/technological products.  - Solid experience in project management using PRINCE2. PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a plus.  - Customer interfacing experience is must.   - Excellent track record of successfully managing the implementation of client-facing implementation projects, including the management of third party suppliers and supporting customers.  - Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, experienced with communicating at all levels of an organisation and across different cultures.  - Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.  - Ability to work at varying levels of detail as required to meet business needs.   - A strategic understanding of software technology, with good technical awareness and understanding, including of future technologies.  Salary offered: 10 - 13 LPA  Poonam Patel Lead HR Consultant
